Ingredients:
- 1 whole, ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons of vegan protein powder, or alternative
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of slippery elm powder
- 1 teaspoon of glutamine
- 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of non dairy milk alternative such as almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk
- 1 cup of filtered water
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency is achieved
- Enjoy!
Most ingredients can be found in the health food section of the supermarket. Glutamine is available in good health food stores.
