Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of diced, fresh pineapple. Also include 4 wedges for garnishing
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- 3 cups of ice cubes
Method:
- Puree bananas, diced pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut milk and ice in a blender
- Divide among 4 glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges
