Ingredients:

  • 5 cup of raw cashews
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • ½ cup of almond milk or, filtered water

Method:

  • Combine ingredients into a blender, and blend until very smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add additional honey or vanilla extract, depending on desired sweetness.
  • Transfer to serving bowls.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon prior to consuming.
