Emsee Care Program · Program
What the Emsee Care Program includes, and what it costs.
Every part of it listed separately, so you can see what you would be paying for. The program starts only after your bulk billed Menopause Assessment, once a doctor has recommended treatment and you have decided to go ahead.
There is nothing to pay for the assessment, and it commits you to nothing.
What is included
Every inclusion, listed separately.
Nine things, each of which you would otherwise arrange and pay for on its own. The monthly figure is at the bottom of this list, so you can judge what it covers before you judge the number.
- As many GP appointments as your care needs, with no additional gap charged
- Reviews scheduled around how your treatment is going, not a calendar
- Your Clinical Care Team, on the phone or in the chat in the Emsee App
- Your medication managed for you, including delivery to your door
- Your naturopath, for the approaches that do not start with hormones
- Your nutritionist, for eating built around your plan
- 20% discount through the Vital.ly store, including supplements and skin care
- The Emsee App, to book appointments and contact your support team
- A letter to your usual GP on treatment and progress, should you wish
All of the above, for one monthly fee.
$99 a month
What is charged separately. Medications and treatments are not included in the monthly fee. The majority are available under the PBS, and you will know the price of anything before you start it. Nothing arrives later you did not agree to.
When the $99 starts. After your bulk billed assessment, once a doctor has recommended treatment and you have decided to go ahead.
The assessment costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Questions about the money
Two things women ask before they decide.
What does the first appointment cost?
Nothing. The Menopause Assessment is bulk billed with Medicare, so there is no gap to pay. The $99 a month begins only if a doctor recommends treatment and you decide to go ahead.
Can I stop the program?
Yes. The $99 monthly fee is ongoing care rather than a fixed term, and you can stop it. The full terms are set out in our terms and conditions rather than buried in a footnote.
What happens at the first appointment is set out separately, and more questions are answered on our FAQ page.
The first step
An appointment that costs you nothing, and starts with someone listening.
Around four days away, by telehealth, with a doctor who does this and nothing else.
