About Emsee Menopause Centre · Program assistants
The person who answers when it is not appointment day.
Your program assistant is your Clinical Care Team. They already have your plan in front of them, so a question about how a treatment is going does not have to wait for your next appointment, and you do not start the story again.
Reachable on the phone on weekdays, or in the chat in the Emsee App.
Five program assistants
Clinically trained, and yours for the length of the program.
They are not a call centre. You get to know yours, and they get to know what you have already tried.

What they can and cannot do. Your program assistant answers practical questions and passes clinical ones to your doctor. They do not diagnose and they do not change a dose. Where a question needs a clinician, it goes to one.
The first step
An appointment that costs nothing, and starts with someone listening.
Around four days away, by telehealth, with a doctor who does this and nothing else.
