Emsee Care Program · Information pack
Not ready to book. That is a reasonable place to be.
Most women read about this for weeks before they do anything, and some take a year. Tell us where you are up to and we will send you what the Emsee Care Program involves, what it costs, and what the first appointment is like. You can then decide in your own time, with the numbers in front of you.
We will not ring you. Everything below arrives by email. If you would rather speak to a person, the number is 1300 883 405 and you can call us instead.
What we send
Four things, in one email.
What the program includes, itemised.
Every inclusion listed separately, so you can see what you would be paying for rather than a bundle described in adjectives.
What it costs, and what is charged on top.
The monthly fee and everything inside it: your appointments, your Clinical Care Team, your naturopath and nutritionist, and your medication coordinated, managed and delivered to your door, so there is no pharmacy run and no month where a script has quietly run out. The medications themselves are billed separately, and most are available under the PBS.
What the first appointment is like.
Who you speak to, what they ask, how long it takes, and what you leave with. It is bulk billed, so there is nothing to pay for it.
What we treat, and what we do not.
Including where something belongs with your own GP instead. We would rather tell you now than after you have booked.
After that you will hear from us occasionally, with menopause information written by our clinicians. One click in any email stops it. There is no schedule you are being moved along.
Where should we send it?
Two fields are required. The rest helps us send what is actually relevant to you, and you can skip all of it.
If you have read enough
The first appointment is bulk billed, so there is nothing to weigh up on cost.
It is around four days from booking, by telehealth, and it commits you to nothing. If a doctor here thinks you do not need treatment this month, you will be told that.

It does not replace advice from a qualified health practitioner. Treatment decisions, including whether hormone therapy is appropriate for you, are made with a doctor who has taken your history.
