You've probably told the story before - eighteen months of symptoms compressed into a ten-minute appointment, and a suggestion that it might be stress at the end of it. Here, you tell it once, to someone whose whole working week is menopause.

Your No Gap Menopause Assessment

Book online and you'll speak with a doctor by telehealth, usually within around four days. No referral, no waiting room, no day off work - the call happens wherever you are, and the assessment is bulk billed. Your doctor takes the whole history: the symptoms you can name, the ones you can't, and everything you've already tried. If you've done the free symptoms assessment, they've read it before you speak.

Your diagnosis and plan

Your doctor explains what is actually happening - often the first time anyone has joined the dots - and recommends a plan built for you. That may include hormone therapy where it suits you, natural approaches through our naturopaths and nutritionists, or both. If we're not the right place for what you're experiencing, we say so, and point you somewhere better. Your program assistant then sets everything up, so nothing about starting is left to you to chase.

The Emsee Treatment Program begins

The program is $99 a month. It covers your naturopaths, nutritionists and program assistant, with reviews scheduled around how your treatment is going. You can have as many GP appointments as you need, with no additional gap charged, and medications and treatments are charged separately and priced before you start. The app holds your appointments, your treatment and a way to reach the team without waiting on hold.

Leave whenever it stops being right

You can leave the program whenever it stops being right for you.

Your GP stays in the picture

A letter after your first consultation and after every change of treatment, unless you ask us not to.
