Serves 2
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of unsweetened, Greek yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons of uncooked, rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of dried, ground cinnamon
Method:
- Add all ingredients, except ice, to blender. Cover and blend on high until mixture is very smooth.
- Add the ice. Cover and blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour into the glasses and enjoy.
