Payment Terms
You agree that the monthly fee payable to us is $99 GST exclusive and exempt.
Payment is per month and additional medication costs (if any) being for the Service.
The Service includes:
- Unlimited bulk-billed telehealth consultations with GPs with menopause experience
- Unlimited telehealth consultations with naturopaths and nutritionists
- Shipping of your personalised menopause medication and treatments delivered to your door
- Unlimited medication management
- Unlimited ongoing follow-ups so you’re never left figuring things out alone
- Exclusive access to partner discounts on supplements
- Exclusive freebies and special offers from our lifestyle, beauty and wellness partners such as Antipodes, Vaefit and INTU Wellness to elevate your holistic wellbeing
- Joining an empowering community of other women going through the same thing
You agree that the medication component cost may be consistent or may fluctuate or change from time to time depending on your needs and requirements.
We acknowledge and agree that you do not need or require a course of medication at a particular time and that you may wish to change the date of your next prescription fulfilment provided that you agree that once you have ordered for a course of medication that this must be paid for and is non-refundable.
You acknowledge and agree that medication prescription fees are typically charged every eight (8) weeks (noting that a prescription usually has eight (8) weeks of medication included).It is anticipated that the frequency of medication charges will align with the quantity of medication dispensed ( for example a 4-week, 8-week or 12 week supply)
We and you agree that if you are a historical patient/user and the fees increase you have the benefit of any discounted pricing for the current period for which you have contracted for (excluding the medication in circumstances where the medication has increased).
Trial period/Free period of use
You and we agree that you shall be entitled to one first free consultation of duration up to 30 minutes Thereafter, you will be required to either sign up for a Monthly or Annual programme should you wish to continue to avail of our Service.
Monthly Use fee
By purchasing a Monthly Use fee, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Use fee at the then current Monthly Use rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your service. You may cancel your Monthly use service at any time, subject to the terms of our Termination and Cancellation terms and policies. Once you elect to use the service and accept the use fee and rate we will automatically process your Monthly Use fee in the next billing cycle. You agree that we will continue to automatically process your Monthly Use rate, until you cancel your service with us. Please refer to the Cancellation/Termination section on how to cancel your Monthly use service.
Annual Use fee
By purchasing an Annual Use fee, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one (1) full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Use renewal fee at the then current Annual Use rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Use service anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our Cancellation/Termination section. Your Annual Use Service will be automatically renewed (unless cancelled by you before the end of the then current annual term) and we will bill your credit card for the Annual Use Renewal fee service in the first month of your next Annual Use service period. Once you elect to use the service we will automatically process your Annual Use fee at the then current Annual Use rate. Please refer to the Cancellation/Termination section on how to cancel your Annual Use service.
You agree that a service, good or product (including medication) will not be provided to you and suspended if an automatic payment is declined or returned and until such payment is remedied.
Non-refundable fees
You agree that any medications or products or services purchased by you are non-refundable up to and including the end of the period for which you have contracted for.
Restriction on use
The rights granted to you by these Terms and Conditions will remain in force for as long as these Terms remain in effect. You may not transfer, assign, commercially exploit, re-sell, sublicence or provide access to this Service to any third party and you agree to use this Service only for your personal and non-commercial purpose. No part of this Site or Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, posted or transmitted without our express consent in writing which may be withheld absolutely and in our sole and unilateral discretion. You agree not to use this Site or Service to (a) violate any local, State or National or International laws; (b) stalk, harass, harm, threaten, or intimidate another individual; (c) collect or store personal data about other users; (d) impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (d) interrupt or disrupt the Service or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the networks or guidelines and prescriptions associated with this Service. You promise and undertake that you voluntarily provide and will provide to the site and any medical practitioner, health care professional or authorised person of ours as a condition of Service true, accurate, complete and current information relating to you or which affects you.
Return & Refund Policy
If any medication or products (“products”) arrives damaged, expired or faulty or not as substantially described we will at our sole discretion refund you the cost of the medication or products or exchange the medication or products at our cost to you within 14 days from the date you return the initial faulty/expired/damaged medication or products to us OR provide you at our own cost with the replacement medication or products. All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product Shipment Date. All returned products must be unused. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned products to us.
Termination of service
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your Monthly or Annual service as the case may be at any time by logging in to your account and clicking on Account /Edit Account/Membership and following the cancellation procedures(check if this will be set up at the back end) or by emailing us at our email address: reply@emsee.co. If you cancel your Monthly or Annual Use Service, the cancellation will take effect from your next billing cycle, namely for a Monthly use/service, the month following the current month in which you cancel the Service and for an Annual service, the year following the current year in which you cancel the Service provided that you cancel such service before you are invoiced for the new billing period cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for either Monthly or Annual Service fees paid prior to the month or year respectively the cancellation takes effect.
Competition And Consumer Act
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), www.menopausecentre.com.au ’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

Delivery Of Goods
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.menopausecentre.com.au .

We only share basic information with third parties for the purposes of contacting you or sending you medication. This information is not shared further than for this purpose. This information may include name, email, phone number and home address address.

We use secure cloud infrastructure provided by Microsoft Azure with industry standard approaches to encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, permissions-based access controls and comprehensive cloud monitoring and security measures.
