Pineapple and Turmeric smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coarsely diced pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric- fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed food processor and blend.
  2. Can add ice cubes to make for a more refreshing beverage.
