Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coarsely diced pineapple
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric- fresh or dried
- 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a high speed food processor and blend.
- Can add ice cubes to make for a more refreshing beverage.
