Fill out the form and a member of our team will call you. It is a chance to ask anything you like before you book.
You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to your medical history form. Your Doctor reads it before your consultation, so your time together goes to you.
Please note. Our telehealth service is not suitable for women undergoing active cancer treatment, or for anyone with complex medical needs that need to be cared for in person. If that is you, please speak with your GP or specialist team.
